About the Apprenticeship
The Google Operations Center Project Management – Talent Acquisition Apprenticeship is designed as a learning and development program. Duration is 12 Months , and the 12-month journey, apprentices will work with experienced teams while receiving structured training.
Participants will spend approximately:
- 20% of their time in professional learning and training sessions.
- 80% of their time working on live projects to gain practical experience.
The program helps candidates develop valuable project management, communication, analytical, and teamwork skills that are highly useful for future careers.
Required Qualification for Google Operations Center Hiring 2026
Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Complete a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- No more than one year of relevant experience in a Talent Acquisition role after graduation.
- Should not have participated in any Government Apprenticeship program earlier.
- Must have an Aadhaar number linked to an active mobile number.
- Must have a personal email ID for registration and verification.
- Should be able to communicate fluently in English.
