Pune job vacancy 2024 : Responsibilities:

  1. Promptly and professionally respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, phone calls, and chat.
  2. Effectively manage large volumes of incoming calls, chats, and emails.
  3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Maintain updated knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customer service policies across all communication channels.
  5. Document customer interactions as needed, compile documents, and forward information to relevant parties.
  6. Clearly and simply explain responses to customer questions, ensuring understanding and acceptance.
  7. Recommend new products, services, or improvements by highlighting relevant features and benefits.
  8. Participate in organization-provided training opportunities to enhance customer service skills.
