About the Contact Support Group (CSG) Job

The Capgemini Exceller Hiring 2025 Graduates Contact Support Group (CSG) is the first line of defense within Capgemini’s Cloud & Infra Services (CIS) division. This team handles:

  • IT infrastructure incidents
  • Service requests
  • Technical troubleshooting
  • Multi-channel customer support (Email, Voice, Chat, BOTs, SSP)

CSG plays a vital role in delivering proactive, predictive, and user-centric IT support to Capgemini’s global customers.

Job Description – Capgemini Exceller Hiring 2025 Graduates

As a CSG IT Enabler, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class IT support, managing tickets, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities for Capgemini Exceller Hiring 2025 Graduates

  • Provide customer service and technical support through voice calls and digital channels.
  • Manage IT tickets: prioritize, categorize, update status (open/hold/resolved), and ensure timely closure.
  • Use business intelligence tools .
  • Deliver expected service levels and ensure smooth customer interaction from greeting to resolution.
  • Use CHIP, Capgemini AI BOT, for faster query resolution.
  • Handle service emails effectively and reduce unnecessary communication loops.
  • Maintain and use the knowledge base to solve customer issues quickly.
  • Promote Capgemini tools and services to improve customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot common user issues:
    • Internet problems
    • Password resets
    • Session resets
    • Profile renaming
  • Aim for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
  • Demonstrate empathy, clarity, and professionalism in customer interactions.

Skills Required

To succeed in the Contact Support Group (CSG) role, candidates should have:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts  including night shifts
