As a CSG IT Enabler, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class IT support, managing tickets, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities for Capgemini Exceller Hiring 2025 Graduates
- Provide customer service and technical support through voice calls and digital channels.
- Manage IT tickets: prioritize, categorize, update status (open/hold/resolved), and ensure timely closure.
- Use business intelligence tools .
- Deliver expected service levels and ensure smooth customer interaction from greeting to resolution.
- Use CHIP, Capgemini AI BOT, for faster query resolution.
- Handle service emails effectively and reduce unnecessary communication loops.
- Maintain and use the knowledge base to solve customer issues quickly.
- Promote Capgemini tools and services to improve customer experience.
- Troubleshoot common user issues:
- Internet problems
- Password resets
- Session resets
- Profile renaming
- Aim for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
