Job Description
As a Technical Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for users facing technical issues. Your role is to understand the problem, perform basic troubleshooting, and provide the right solution. If the issue needs advanced support, you will forward the ticket to the next support team.

Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for this IT support job will handle the following tasks:
- Act as the first point of contact for users reporting technical problems.
- Receive issues through calls, emails, or chat and record them in the ticketing system.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting using available tools and knowledge resources.
- Assign complex issues to Level 2 (L2) support teams when needed.
- Ensure every issue is handled within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Eligibility Criteria
