Job Role and Responsibilities of Teleperformance work from home job
You will work in a blended process (voice and non-voice) and must handle customer issues politely and clearly.
Main Duties:
- Handle customer calls and messages.
- Solve customer problems in English and Hindi.
- Provide technical help and product information.
- Work 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
- Maintain good typing accuracy (30 wpm and 90% accuracy).
