Job Description & Responsibilities
The IT Service Desk team plays a Main role in supporting HCL global customers by resolving technical issues efficiently .
Key Responsibilities:
- Availability to support customers.
- Resolve tickets within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement) .
- Adhere to quality standards including voice, accent, and tech monitoring requirements.
- First Call Resolution (FCR) and deliver a positive customer experience with minimum AHT (Average Handling Time).
- Follow escalation processes, update work logs and maintain process compliance.
