Amazon Transportation Representative 2025 Role
As a Trans Ops Specialist or Transportation Representative, you’ll be responsible for facilitating communication between Amazon’s internal and external stakeholders — including carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and fulfilment centers.
Amazon Transportation Representative 2025 Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with external customers (carriers, suppliers, vendors) and internal teams (Retail, Finance, Software Support, and Fulfilment Centers).
- Pull and analyze data from various databases using Excel, Access, and SQL.
- Develop and understand performance metrics to improve operational efficiency.
- Define and scope business and functional requirements for Amazon’s technology tools used in TOC.
- Identify network trends, assess business impact, and take timely corrective action.
- Escalate issues to relevant teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Work efficiently under time constraints to meet critical business needs.
- Prepare weekly reports and performance summaries for review meetings.
- Operate in a 24×7 environment, providing real-time issue management and support.
