Cognizant Process Executive Responsibilities
As a Process Executive in Cognizant Hyderabad and Chennai Jobs main responsibilities include:
- Updating and maintaining customer account details .
- Managing bank branch requests.
- Handling client data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Responding to escalations on time.
- Ensuring daily work is completed in a timely and quality-driven manner.
- Meeting or beyond client expectations (SLAs & TAT).
- Learning and mastering proprietary Cognizant applications with minimal training.
Who Can Apply?
Educational Qualification:
- Any graduate can apply.
Work Experience:
- 0 to 2 years is acceptable.
- Experience to the international banking industry is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of network cards and payments is a plus.
Skills Required:
- Good communication in English (spoken & written).
- Basic to advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in night shifts only (no rotation or day shifts).
