About the Role
Accenture Jobs for Freshers your designation is Customer Service New Associate, you will work for Finance Operations. The main responsibility will be to assist in financial operations, smooth cash application processes and support customer service activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform bank settlement and process necessary adjustments.
- Handle cash applications and coordinate with customers.
- Process refunds and certify compliance with A/R procedures.
- Participate in daily team huddles and support MIS reporting.
- Assist in meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Provide backup support to the team lead when required.
- Suggest ideas for process and system improvements.
- Ensure adherence to audit requirements.
Skills Required
