BigBasket Recruitment 2026 : Job Description
In this Bigbasket Customer Success Associate role you will work with customers and provide support regarding products, orders, and services.
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Handling customer queries and concerns.
- Providing excellent customer support.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Resolving issues through phone, chat, or other communication channels.
- Following company policies and service standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 10th Pass candidates can apply.
- 12th Pass candidates can apply.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Work Location and Mode
The position is based in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. Initially, candidates will work from the office for 3 months. Based on performance, eligible employees may be offered a Work From Home (WFH) option.
